Jeff comments that “while we were closed, we used OurPeople to provide all of the updates about the state health guidance and communicate what we were doing to help the team. We provided unemployment updates with links and many other resources. It was very helpful!”
As he reopened his studios in compliance with local regulations, OurPeople was a pivotal tool to help him do it safely. As he would share new health and safety mandates – he was able to track and collect e-signatures, allowing him to have a record of historical data if ever needed for his business.
Jeff shares, “Our studios reopened May 26, 2020, and we used OurPeople extensively to inform the team about the timing and our expectations. We use it, with the survey tool, to establish team availability and collect their feedback using comment boxes. We also use it to cover our teaching schedule when scheduling issues arise.”

“Now that we are open, we use OurPeople when our local health department makes periodic changes to health policies. For example, one of our counties just required masks for all indoor activities while we are at a level 3 health alert. We used OurPeople to communicate the changes and provided links to guidance and other key information that supports the ability to wear masks while working out. This was key so that the team could respond when members ask questions. Also, comment [cards] are handy to allow the team to provide their feedback.”
