Customer Success Representative

The Role

We have Customers, and they need Support! This job is all about increasing Customer Success using OurPeople.

  • Take in-bound Customer questions via phone and email.
  • Provide user training and support to our customers and their staff.
  • Increase customer engagement and satisfaction by getting to know our customers.
  • Run webinars for new customers and help them launch OurPeople.
  • Coach existing customers to be product experts so they become increasingly self-sufficient.
  • Identify common customer challenges and actively suggest better solutions.
  • Work in partnership with our UK Customer Success Team.
  • Help drive customer references and case studies.
  • Oversee weekly reporting on client activity and proactively identify at-risk clients.
  • Assist the QA team with regular product release testing.
  • Update and maintain training documentation and support videos (training will be required).

Working hours for this role will be from 08:30am – 5:00pm ET Monday to Friday. The role is remote home based, and the team meets in person monthly and as needed. There may be some evening work may be required from time to time to support west coast Customers, and occasional early mornings to work with our team in the UK.

Compensation + Benefits

In addition to a base salary of $45,000, we offer commissions on Customer renewals. And we provide our employees with company paid health insurance, home office remote work equipment and furniture, and unlimited paid time off!
