We have Customers, and they need Support! This job is all about increasing Customer Success using OurPeople.
Working hours for this role will be from 08:30am – 5:00pm ET Monday to Friday. The role is remote home based, and the team meets in person monthly and as needed. There may be some evening work may be required from time to time to support west coast Customers, and occasional early mornings to work with our team in the UK.
In addition to a base salary of $45,000, we offer commissions on Customer renewals. And we provide our employees with company paid health insurance, home office remote work equipment and furniture, and unlimited paid time off!
